    But for the most part, reporting the news is supposed to be just copy pasting what politicians say.

    if mark carney says "pipelines are good", it's the job of the news to report that mark carney said "pipelines are good".... thats not an endorsement of pipelines. It's just reporting the facts... it's not the job of the CBC to colour that news with their own opinion, even if its something you and i agree with. Thats how you end up with shit like fox news

  • You should maybe connect it once for update. At least check firmware update changelogs to see if anything is relevant.

    I have an LG and experienced a weird picture problem for over a year... it was infuriating. Firmware update fixed it.
