  • The smell is hard to nail down as there are both a regular raspberry and a white raspberry nearby.

    I think I'll let the next ones ripen a lot more and see how it goes then.

    They don't seem to have any fuzz.

  • No problem!. I'll be honest, most of how I prepare food is my taste/sight/smell; I rarely measure anything.

    1 large heirloom tomato 1 avocado 1/4 red onion kalamata olives - I think about 3 tablespoons feta - I'd say I used 4 or 5 tbsp of chopped feta...probably more evoo - maybe 1 tbsp? marble rye toast (I prefer dark rye, but our bakery was out) s&p to taste *tbsp minced garlic

    BACON.

  • But now I'm not sure. We just plucked a near ripe one and it looks more blackberry than raspberry on the inside per that guide. The label clearly says raspberry, however.

    2 slices of marble rye. 1 avocado. 1/4 of a red onion. 1 large heirloom tomato. A few large spoons of Kalamata olives. As much feta as you want. Garlic, S&P, EVOO.

    I haven't actually tracked the calories but I can tell you I feel full/satisfied after my morning workout.

  • Never a big Tim's fan but there is one close to the office I'd hit on occassion for an iced Capp or a tea. Stopped last week when the Harry Potter shit dropped and won't be going back.

  • Exercise. I walk for 30 (or more) mins every morning, before the sun comes up, unless I am sick.

    It has seriously helped reduce my back pain and I generally feel healthier overall vs when I was not walking (duh).
