  • No worries it doesn't affect you. It just affects who can let you know what jobs are available for a monthly fee while you have no job.

  • Bad news everyone! Ever since the Philips drywall screw went left handed the normal right handed drywall screw market has gone haywire. They just announced a 70% price increase and HomeDeportation only sales them individually.

What are we going to do! If this continues, everyone will have to learn to spin the screws in the same direction but with the left hand!!!!! There's even talk of reverse detection left handed screws out there right now, making markets nervous.

  • I'd like to buy a bowel! Pee!

But this time it was primates and humans.... They are giving primates HIV which is wonderful.

  • Somebody must help these poor landlord asshole billionaire wannabes. Am I right?

  • How much would you expect back if you gave someone a loan for $500,000.00 after 3 years, 5years, 10years?

    Calculations:

    After 3 years: 500,000×(1+0.0430⋅3)=500,000×1.129=564,500.After 5 years: 500,000×(1+0.0438⋅5)=500,000×1.219=609,500.After 10 years: 500,000×(1+0.0468⋅10)=500,000×1.468=734,000.

Ok so 64,500/3/12=$1792.00 would be your fair monthly rent since the landlord would put that money away and expect a return for that investment.

For 5 years it would be $3,042.

For 10 years it would be $6500. Clearly a better investment.

Except that when they get your rent they can put that money into the investment system again and get much more money overtime.

First month say 1000 (super cheap tent on a cardboard box behind a Wendy's).

Second month 2040 assuming 4% per month.

    $41,000 after 3 years, $67,000 after 5 years, 170,000 after 10 years at 4.3% APR.

If the rent was 3000, that would be $510,000 after 10 years. This is not a good investment if you paid $900,000 for that house. You want the return in 5 years so the rent would be $5708.00 per month.

And that right there is why our rent is so expensive. We are basically ensuring the profit of a nice steady percentage to some investor. Now, if you didn't ever invest in the house, your house would eventually become land. So you do want to pay to keep that thing looking good, but maybe not 4.3% per month?

  • Thanks! My imaginary dog does it much better. I just copy it.

  • Once I met a billionaire. Big burley billionaire, crying. He says to me. Crying over my shoulder. Big fella, burley. He says. Crying. He says, sir! Sir! My dada center! These people won't let me build my dada center!

He says. Crying. My dada center, with it, I could. But without it, I can't, I really can't. I could learn everything there's to know about all of them. I could know how much of my future money they have and how to remove it. It's mine! Give it to me! Crying! My dada! My dada center! Er er er er! Big big fella. Burly crying fella.

From the exact color of all their shirts, the foods they eat, the curvature and contours of all their sexual organ parts and the gas they purchase to ride to work. All of it should be in my dada center sir! But it's not! They won't let me build it he says.

So I made a deal with them. I talked with them and we made a deal. It's so good we never seen a deal like this ever before in the entire human history. The deal. It's an art if you didn't know. I talked to them and the deal with them was very. Very nice deal. It allows them to not complain about the da da center. Isn't that a good deal? And their women. Beautiful women. You can. Because you're famous. You can just grab them by the pussy. And they let you do it when you're famous. Ya no? Good good deal we made.

  • Sudden stair case fall illness. Otherwise known as SCF for short.

  • The American way?

  • Darn!

  • 600% exists. For example:

    $50 item...

    Let's take 10% off..50x0.1=5....50-5=45, so $45.00.Let's take 600% off...50x6=300...50-300=-250, so -$250.

So I gotta go shopping soon for these things.
