should i take all 200mg progesterone at once?

i got my progesterone dose upped to 200mg per day, which means i have two pills to take every day. im wondering if i should take one in the morning and one at night, or stick with taking both at night. do y'all have thoughts?

obligatory i take it rectally so you dont need to remind me.
